The camp is of two days duration and includes lectures, discussions, fitness drills and assessments as well as practical coaching.  Programs are designed to suit the level of participant; however, it is usual for common themes to exist. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea are incorporated into the registration fee.

When: 8:30am – 5pm Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th March, 2010.

Where: Anne Clark Centre, Lidcombe

Cost: $170 per participant
