
What is San Remo NetSetGO?
NetSetGO! is Netball Australia’s Junior Netball Program. It has been developed to provide children from the age of 5 to 11 years with the best possible learning and playing experience that enables them to develop a positive introduction to Netball thereby ensuring enjoyment and continued participation within the sport.
What does the San Remo NetSetGO! Schools Program offer?
San Remo NetSetGO! incorporates modified junior programs Fun Net and Netta into a fun and safe weekly program for schools. The program incorporates skill activities, minor games and modified matches and will be coordinated by accredited coaches to ensure a quality experience for all participants.
How long are the sessions?
Fun Net sessions are age and skill appropriate for 5–7 year olds. The sessions provided are 30-40 minutes long.
Netta sessions are also age and skill appropriate for 8–11 year olds. The sessions provided are 40-60 minutes long.
What do the participants gain?
How much does it cost?
For $30, participants receive a five week program, coordinated by accredited coaches and a special San Remo NetSetGo! branded backpack, Gilbert netball and other goodies. Schools can negotiate shorter or longer programs.
How to Apply
Schools can apply by completing the NetSetGO! Schools Booking Form and returning to Netball NSW at least four weeks prior to the scheduled start date.
