2013 FAR NORTH COAST REGIONAL STATE LEAGUE
The fixture for the 2013 Far North Coast Regional State League has been released
Regional State League > Regional State League > Far North Coast | draws/results | ladder
When: Sunday 28 April & Sunday 19 May
Where: Yamba Indoor Netball Courts
The competition will be played in accordance with the Netball NSW Region 2-8 State League Rules State League Rules
2013 Netball NSW Umpires Camps:
C Camp 9 – 10 March:
The C Grade Camp is similar to the Rookies Camp, but for more experienced C Badge umpires. Speakers address the participants on topics such as nutrition, fitness, vision, motivation, etc.

UMPIRES REWARDED AT FNC STATE LEAGUE
While the Far North Coast State League competition gears up for the Grand Final, two umpires from Lismore were given their own rewards over the weekend.
Rachelle Watson and Lauren Diamond received their Umpiring ‘B’ badge while officiating the FNC State League at Yamba Indoor Courts on Sunday.
Watson, a NetSetGo! coordinator for Lismore Netball Association, has been concentrating on her umpiring skills after first developing an interest in coaching. Watson attended the national ‘C’ badge camp earlier this year and was identified by respected ‘A’ badge holder Kate Thornborough in Round One of the FNC State League in last July.
Like Watson, Diamond has also slowly progressed on her umpiring pathway. She has been a long time member of the FNC Academy of Sport Umpire Development program, and recently represented the region at the Hunter NIB Netball Tournament.
Netball NSW would like to congratulate both girls on their recent achievements!
The FNC State League Grand Final will be held THIS WEEKEND on Sunday 19 August, with the first centre pass at 10.00am. Grafton, who remained undefeated for the 2012 season, will meet Ballina at Yamba Indoor Courts. It is expected be an exciting match after Ballina only lost to one team this season, which was Grafton by just three goals.

At the IFNA Congress held at World Netball Championships in July 2011, the IFNA membership passed a number of changes to the Official Rules of Netball.
The Official Rules of Netball 2007 (as revised in 2010 and 2011) may be implemented by Associations and Clubs at the start of the 2012 season.

ANZ NetSetGO! is Netball Australia’s Junior Netball Program. It has been developed to provide children from the age of 5 to 10 years with the best possible learning and playing experience that enables them to develop a positive introduction to Netball, ensuring enjoyment and continued participation within the sport.
Clubs, associations, schools or community groups can apply to become an accredited NetSetGO! Centre through NNSW.
Each accredited ANZ NetSetGO! Centre will be provided with an equipment kit and a resource package which includes centre and coach coordinator handbooks, coaching points, warm-up information and lesson plans specific for each age group.

Grafton Netball Association wins Australian Diamonds Visi

Grafton Netball Association was rewarded with a visit from some Australian Diamonds after winning a San Remo NetSetGo! Competition.
Entrants had to design a Diamonds fan poster and take a photo with participants from their NetSetGo program. Grafton Netball Association was the winner for NSW.
About 100 kids from Grafton Netball Association received a special visit and netball clinic from stars of the Australian Diamonds team Catherine Cox, Kimberlee Green & Rebecca Bulley. A big congratulations to Grafton; the enthusiasm from the kids was infectious.
