80th Anniversary

On 4 July 1929, the New South Wales Women's Basketball Association began.

 

In 2009, 106,000 netballers from across NSW will celebrate 80 years of the great women's sport known as netball.

 

Netball NSW invites all 113 Associations, 870 clubs and 106,000 registered netballers to celebrate what we have achieved and to create the vision for the future of our game.
